I just had a most unusual clothing
experience. I hate to use the word ultimate, but this is as close as
you can get!
I had the privilege of having legendary retailer Scott Hill
come to my home and bring an entire men's clothing store!
Scott is unveiling a new business that I think is unique and an
incredible benefit to gentlemen everywhere.
Scott comes to your home or office and you experience the benefit of
his experience, contacts with the highest quality Neapolitan
clothing and shoe sources available.
And that's only one of the unique aspects - Scott brings samples of
suits, fabrics, shirts, buttons, shoes, belts and his expertise in
fitting you and an amazing ability to coordinate it all just for
you.
No tailor can provide the complete look like Scott does.
Again it's the highest quality and is priced such but Scott can
provide these brands at a price much lower than you would pay in
stores plus you get Scott's experience in fitting you perfectly.
This is such a different way of doing business I've detailed my
experience below and what Scott Hill can do for you!

I have started my
own atelier in Los Angeles, and am focusing on servicing my personal
trade with Bespoke, made to measure and made to order products of
the highest quality.
I specialize in
made to measure clothing from Naples and utilize Sartoria Partenopea
as my primary "higher end" maker. With all my experience , in
carrying these brands... like Isaia, Kiton, Belvest... etc.. I have
found that Sartoria Partenopea has the most authentic Neapolitan ,
hand made quality at the best price to value ratio. The lapel
shaper, shoulder expression, sleeve head attachment with subtle
shoulder shearing and super clean chest and waist suppression are
all features that make this garment very special and give the
appearance that you spent $6k + for Kiton; but these suits sell for
less than 1/2 of that amount.....
There is also a very Neapolitan soft shoulder jacket range of
models; that is unlined and French faced; but fully canvased that is
awsome! Most made to measure specialists do not have this model in
their arsenal and this is the "cutting edge" model that is a fresh
direction and shoulder expression for a more casual but fully
tailored garment.. whether it be a soft shoulder suit or jacket.
These jackets are geared to be worn with dark denim and a sport
shirt... or with a plain front cotton or linen cotton blend ,plain
front slack and a sport shirt.
The entire package is "story boarded".. where I have taken the best
picks of 25 sport coats and 25 suits and completely detailed in
advance, the lining options, button detail, and selected 3 hand made
shirt and tie coordinates to go with each swatch. The shirt and tie
coordinates come from Sartoria Partenopea's hand made shirt
collection and the ties are all 7 fold...the taste being the key
with "a bit of London meets Italy" play of patter to these
coordinates. 7 fold ties are super classic; solids, woven
geometrics and stripes.. but put together with this subtle play of
pattern to create combinations that look like a bit more forethought
when into their selection. The taste lever is superb!
The entire package is not only driven towards suits and sport coats;
but also luxury sportswear components to complete the package
including made to order knitwear in 8 models; including silk and
cashmere and 1 and 2 ply cashmere for the Summer and 12 months.. and
also fashion outerwear, suede and leather custom jackets, and the
top tier bench made shoes in 30 models from very high quality shoe
manufacturer.
Out of my atelier, I visit clients homes or offices and present the
entire package. As part of my free service, I go through their
closets and build new combinations with older existing "A" garments
and help utilize new selections from their orders to mix back into
their closet and create new coordinates for many other garments.
This helps create value for them by creating multiple uses of the
components to make more "A game ensembles. I also travel throughout
the U.S. and visit clients in New York, Chicago, Miami, San
Francisco etc.. and there is no charge for the travel to another
city.
All of this product is sold at 30-40% less than a traditional
store. I have very limited overhead; no "bricks and mortar" store,
no employees and very little inventory costs. I don't have to self
finance $500,000 a season in goods that sit on the shelf until they
are sold. Everything is developed on an individual basis for the
clients and they are loving the value and service of a
designer/stylist putting their selections together at prices that
can only be achieved "on sale" in other high quality stores. I
believe I am ahead of the curve and that this personal wardrobe
service is the way of the future for the next few years. My
business has been quite strong; as clients are responding to service
and value.. and most importantly "TASTE".
