I've been happy with this Sammuelsohn Thomas Sports jacket. I picked it up from Bullock & Jones in San Francisco a couple of years back. It is a two button, undarted, half-lined natural shoulder with twin vents in a light-weight wool.
My guess would be that John Tulloch is no longer in business.
