Protecting Shoes and Clothes from dogs?

Current family member a Goldendoodle, could not be happier with our choice. Her inteligence scares me. I would not be without one regardles their pedigree, Most humans I can, ( be without ) regardles their pedigree. I have dedicated a wall full of photos and documented pedgree of all...

Protecting Shoes and Clothes from dogs?

Would +1000 be over the top? A position I have held for much of my life. They display far more inteligence than those who believe they are far more inteligent than a dumb animal. Dumb? Myabe in terms they cannot speak, but, display no less inteligence.

The shirts you refer to have what are called cocktail cuffs. I have a couple, I think also refered to as Bond cuffs. There was a firm in the U.K. that offered them, I believe a bespoke tailoring shop that offered them ready made. I can't recall the the chaps name.

    Pant leg width.

Would it not help if the excess was trimmed and then pressed flat say to the width of original fold. But to the OP's question, we know it can be done but I'm inclined to believe he doesn't have skill to perfom it. And not having talented local tailors available to him, unless he's willing to...

    Pant leg width.

I'm not quite sure what you're describing. Are you saying once you open the seam and then reseam to create the desired taper, you are left with the excess fabric on each side of the new seam? Do you trim away that exces fabric or just fold it over? It would help to know before responding...

    It's TWEED Season!

We have a smaall chain of stores that offer mostly ethnic italian food products. The closest I can come to what you describe is offered by them called prociutto bread, loaded with sausage and prociutto, suupressado made with lard. Takes me back to when my Grandmother and Mother would slave over...

No-break suit pants for my wedding

Manton has moved in to politics, actually he was always involved. A bright mind. I have a copy of his book, "The suit". A good read for anyone interested as we are in things sartorial.

    It's TWEED Season!

Threw 2 machines in the garbage shortly after purchase. Both failed. Luckily we have a bakery that does excelent sourdough bread a ten minute drive away. A good loaf of crusty Italian bread baked in a brick oven by a master is another story, sadly the one remaining family that produced them...

No-break suit pants for my wedding

As indicaed above, Matt provided a good example of trouser fit. Ideal has more with to do with respect to the individual, not a one size fits all. I am hesitant to give further advice to eliminate the twist in those trousers, However, my tailor, given there is enough fabric behind those...
