Need help downloading or opening your download?
Downloading The Files
If your file does not download when you click the download link please follow these instructions:
Internet Explorer Users:
1. Right click on the “Download” link
2. Choose “Save Target As”
3. Select “Desktop” as the destination folder for the download, then click the “Save” button.
Firefox Users:
1. Right click on the “Download” link
2. Choose “Save Link As”
3. Select “Desktop” as the destination folder for the download, then click the “Save” button.
Mac Users:
Simply click the link to save the file to your computer. If you have problems, try Option + Click and the “Save to Disk” command to save the file to your computer.
Opening PDF Files
Please note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view PDF files. Most computers come pre-installed with Adobe Reader. This is a free program available from the Adobe.com web site. Once you have this installed and have download your PDF file just click the file to open. You may need to right click to sleect Adobe Reader as the application to use.
Opening ePub Files
On a PC you will need eBook reader software. Most recent Mac models and iPads have an eReader software built in (like iBookstore), but PCs don’t normally come with eReader software pre-installed.
