Hold the tweezers

Ingrown hairs should be moisturized nightly as a soft hair is easier to liberate from the skin. Once "free", the hair should be shaved off, NOT tweezed, as this can cause more problems. Hope that helps.




There are a couple of things that have worked for me. Try shaving with Barber clippers like Wahl or Andis. The T-Outliner is great for this. I don't know if you have the clusters of small razor bumps or larger more pronounced bumps. The only downside is that you don't get a really smooth shave unless you stay on top of keeping the clippers sharp and change them every couple of months. The other thing to try is to apply hot water to the face right before shaving. To treat any hairs that are causing problems before the bump forms, have somebody use a tweezer and pull them out one by one. Best of luck.
