Is the contrasting sole stitching original?
They don't strike me as the type of shoes that would have a contrasting stitching - normally that is paired with a lighter colored sole...

Seems to me that you already own the shoes. How you acquired them is moot.

Also moot are inquiries as to whether they are “premium” or other qualifiers as there’s not much you can do about that at this point.

The only things to consider are:
A) do they fit?
B) are they in wearable condition?

The soles look like the originals so I’m almost positive the stitching is too.

A. Testoni tends to be more fashion forward. That may explain a lot.
