how many pairs are you rotating through. I have pretty stinky feet, but i'm on an 8 day rotation (with shoe trees) so the funk is gone by the next wearing

Are you wearing the same shoes every day?

Are these dress shoes or some other type of shoes?

Just use cedar shoe trees and you'll be fine.

Spray or powder should be fine.

    foot odor

There is a product called Thai Dry deodorant stone that will eliminate foot odor. You wipe it on your feet after you shower and the odor is eliminated.

Thai Dry Deodorant Stone - A natural crystal used to prevent the source of unpleasant body odor. It is hypoallergenic, applicable to any location on the body where odor develops and perfect for men, women and children. Unlike deodorant it has no scent and does not mask or cover body odors.

Foot powders are not good for the leather. Cedar trees do help but not 100%

Cedar trees, but you should be able to use powder or spray if you want.

Cedar trees in the shoes and Gold Bond powder on your feet should do the trick.

Powder, socks, then shoes. The powder goes on your feet not in your shoes. So, it can't ruin the shoes IMHO
It's just like deodorant/anti-perspirant can't discolor a dress shirt if you wear an undershirt.

Maybe you should ask your doctor about your feet and whether you have a fungal infection, etc. I don't have stinky feet, even when I sweat all day.
