Random question about a shoe design

    I saw this shoe and am perplexed. It’s as if a longwing was mated with a semi-brogue cap toe. Has anyone seen something like this before or am I just ignorant.

    Sometime the entire upper of the shoe is made from the same hide, as in your example, and sometimes, as below, a different hide is used for the upper and lower parts of the shoe.
