At my current firm (and my prior firm as well), the norm seems to be odd trousers and a sport coat, paired with a white or blue OCBD. Suits generally only seen on someone going to court that day, or on our client floor.
Interesting. OCBDs seem as rare as ties in the business world these days. I rarely see a man wearing an oxford cloth shirt anymore. Good for your firm!

I drop my daughter off at the station every weekday morning, so get to see lots of men who are heading in to London for work.

Ties are scarce, with about 2/3 of those wearing a suit having an open necked shirt.

What's worse though is that there are a few who just wear a suit jacket with jeans.
And in some cases with sneakers/trainers.

I don't wear ties. It's a thing. I hate them.

Suit, open collar is where its at, unless my dad says something...
