Hi All,

I am not in the used clothing business, but I do a lot of thift shop diving. On Saturday, I was at a charity shop in a local Methodist Church when I discovered this amazing tuxedo. It is far too small for me, but I could not pass it up. Someone at AAAC could certainly use it. It is one of the nicest tuxedos I have ever seen. I wish it fit me.

I am placing it on "the bay" at no minimum, no reserve price.

Details:

Made in Spandau by Arthur Guttler, tailor.

Near perfect condition. Heavy 100% wool. Except for light stains at the armpits, this tuxedo is practically flawless despite being obviously over 50 years old. It looks like it has been worn no more than once or twice.

I believe it is fully canvased.
Surgeons cuffs.
Button fly.
Side adjusters on double pleat trousers can reduce waist to 31.5".
No wear to the fabric inside or out.

Measurements:

Jacket

Armpit to armpit: 19"
Length from bottom of collar to hem: 29"
Shoulder to Shoulder: 19"
Sleeve Length: 24 3/4"

Trousers

Waist: 35" can be adjusted to 31.5"
Total Length from waist band to hem: 41 1/4"
Inseam: 31"
Rise: 14"
